All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped as soon as possible.
Non‑Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer replacements or assistance for:
- Requests made after the stated notification period
- Items marked as final sale or clearance (unless damaged upon arrival)
